Da Vinci Case Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day refund or exchange. If you aren't happy with your case, or perhaps the design isn't quite right for you, no worries. Just contact us in advance using the email address included with your order or through our customer service page and we'll do our best to respond quickly with the information you need to make your return or exchange easy. Please remember you must contact us in advance for all returns and exchanges. We are not responsible for or obligated to assist you with any packages that have been returned without prior written authorization from Da Vinci Case or returned without tracking.

Da Vinci Case Warranty
Da Vinci Case offers a 60 day warranty on all products sold when the Product is purchased directly from Da Vinci Case or through an authorized reseller. The warranty begins from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is made to Da Vinci Case within the 60 day warranty period, Da Vinci Case will repair, replace or refund the product. The course of action taken will be at our discretion depending on product availability and other factors. We may require the return of your prior product or pictures of the defect to facilitate your warranty claim. This also helps us in identifying potential problems where we can better control our quality.

Limitations on Warranty
Our warranty does not cover product damages from normal wear and tear, accidental drops, misuse or abuse. Additionally, the Da Vinci Case warranty does not cover damages to your device.
The Da Vinci Case Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices such as phones and/or other personal property. The Da Vinci Case warranty does not cover the replacement of software, applications or data in any way.
Unauthorized Sellers, Case Copies, Copyrights & Art Piracy
Purchases made from unauthorized Da Vinci Case resellers have no warranty. Unauthorized copies of Da Vinci Case designs or products have no warranty. However, we may offer discounts to those who help us find those that are pirating our artwork to make unauthorized copies of our cases. We take pride in creating our own original copyrighted artwork for all of our artistic cases. You can gain some good karma and maybe even a discount code by reporting those dirty scoundrals that knock off our designs by using the contact form on our customer service page
If you've purchased a case with one of our designs online and they aren't listed as a seller here at DaVinciCase.com , there's a good chance it's an illegal copy. Especially if it is shipping from outside the USA.
No Other Warranties
No Da Vinci Case reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to advertise or discuss any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
Repair and replacement
We will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund any product that proves to be defective during the warranty period.
If a full replacement is offered. You may choose an alternate art design for your warranty replacement of the same case style. In some rare situations a design may no longer be available and you will be required to choose an alternate design of the same case style for your replacement.
Should we require the return of your case. You are responsible for shipping or transportation charges from you to the Da Vinci Case Studio. We will pay the shipping costs to send you a replacement case.
Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim. If you purchased a case online through an authorized Da Vinci Case reseller such as Amazon, Etsy, or DaVinciCase.com - we can often access proof of purchase through the Amazon order number or first and last name used on the shipping address for purchases made via Etsy or DaVinciCase.com.
If your case was purchased through a physical retailer - we will require the name of the store and may request a store receipt for proof of purchase.
